We have an incredible opportunity for a National Account Manager – Ready to Drink (RTD) to join our National Independents team in Sydney, reporting to the Customer Director.

A day in the life As our National Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our relationship with some of Australia's leading retailers.
You'll be the driving force behind our sales growth, developing strategies, and executing plans to ensure our products reach every shelf and our brand remains at the top of customers' minds.
In this role you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximise revenue.
Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop winning strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Negotiate and secure favourable contracts, promotions, and placement for our products.
Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
What you will need from day 1 Track record of success as a National Account Manager ideally managing national accounts.
Demonstrated financial acumen with proven experience building and executing category growth strategies.
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Tenacious and resilient approach, driven to achieve despite adversity.
Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities along with a good understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues.
Experience in RTDs sales would be a major advantage.
