Your role at Bugaboo At this moment we are looking for a National Account Manager.
In this role you own and manage the National Account Baby Bunting and selected key accounts which drive significant growth to the ANZ P&L.
This role includes end to end management of the national and selected large independent accounts and supporting the execution of the ANZ sales strategy as defined by the Sales Director ANZ.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities Ownership of the sales and profitability of National Account and selected key accounts.Agree targets, business objectives and commercial terms for accounts to deliver long term sustainable sales growth.Manage daily and weekly activities to meet agreed targets building strong relationships.Working cross-functionally to ensure planned intake is executed with logistics and credit limits are managed alongside finance teams.Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and threats with your accounts.Deliver a successful and consistent approach to the commercial terms of all accounts including and not limited to discount structure, growth rebates and promotional plans in agreement with the Sales Director ANZ.Delivering training plans and incentives with all national and selected key accounts.Delivering successful sell-in of NPD (New product development) alongside clear account communication.Deep dive into sell out data to determine necessary actions / performance and correct where necessary.Ensure the correct brand assets are being provided and utilised effectively and the brand is represented to guidelines.The creation and management of Joint Business Plans as mutually agreed with Sales Director ANZ.Ensure the ranging is correct for each partner/door and stock is managed effectively.Working closely with marketing to ensure a consistent and up to date instore and online execution of the Bugaboo brand as per guidelines.Support junior members (who with dotted line report to you), to help them analyse store performance, developing new strategies, and implementing performance improvement plans where necessary.Provide monthly sales forecasting, highlights, risk and opportunities for overall account base.Working with the ANZ Marketing Team to plan and deliver annual marketing plans, alongside the team review effective of spend.Identifying possible gaps in upcoming sales forecast vs. budget and finding solutions to mitigate alongside the Sales Director ANZ.Analysis of sales trends including sell out data, sell in data, and stock holding by product to ensure correct ranging and product focus, and drive profitability for Bugaboo, as well as determine and present opportunities to accounts.Supporting the Sales Director ANZ on Monthly Business Planning and LE requirements.Look at ways to drive forecast accuracy by the National and selected key accounts, driving opportunities of produce to order or container opportunities as examples.Prepare and conduct quarterly and annual commercial reviews with national and selected key accounts to ensure plans remain on track or adjusted as required.Work with key stakeholders in the business to remove pain points and deliver opportunities e.g.
