With over-the-counter market leaders including MCoBeauty, Natalis, Chemists' Own, Nude by Nature and Apohealth, VidaCorp continues to gain consumer preference by providing quality, affordable products on both the domestic and international stage.About the role:VidaCorp is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our national key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Role & Responsibilities:Discovering the customer's professional priorities and intended results. The value is identified and articulated by the customer, and the solutions support the customer's sustainable competitive advantage.Leading the management of the relationship with designated National Accounts.Have and further develop excellent relationships with the buying teams/senior management at National account level.Collaborate with the sales team and merchandising assets to deliver an outstanding result for both the customer and Arrotex.Liaise between key customers and Arrotex to ensure timely communication of information.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to lead a cross-functional customer focused account plan.Identify specific tactics with agreed upon timelines and target goals.Generate monthly performance reporting along with regular updates on the annual plans.Leading new product launches aligned with strategic marketing campaigns, to advance and increase distribution and sales velocity with Key Accounts.Skills & Experience:3 years' experience in a similar Category Management role in a complex workplace environment.Experience delivering outstanding administrative and project support and managing a high volume of tasks with competing priorities.Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals.Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies.Ability to understand trade spending effectiveness (efficiency of promotional activity is preferred).Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
