Create, manage and implement solution-based strategic plans to add value to our key National Account customers.
Located at our state office in Hendra Queensland, this position offers you the opportunity to manage and advance your career.
About you With credible and robust sales experience, you will have the talent and tenacity to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level. You will demonstrate a customer centric approach to National Accounts Management and value its importance to the business.
To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate (at minimum):
Strong negotiation skills ensuring balanced outcomes for all stakeholders The ability to identify and negotiate new business opportunities The ability to recognise, develop and drive growth within the existing customer base Highly proficient in creating and delivering sales, KPI, trend and performance reporting to all stakeholders Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders The capacity to work at a strategic and operational level Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build exceptional relationships at all levels The ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong time management and prioritising skills If you are an experienced National Account Manager, with a customer centric approach and the right skill set to help move our business forwards, then we encourage you to submit an application for this fantastic opportunity.
