Our client is looking for a National Account Manager to drive profitable revenue growth and maximize opportunities with their key customer Bunnings.
This role is critical to achieving the Bunnings strategic goals through effective account management, relationship building, and performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities Achieve targets compared to plan, focusing on net sales and margin.Drive sales, margin, and revenue growth across Bunnings and distributed brands.Increase net SKU count by managing range reviews, submitting new products, and identifying growth opportunities.Build a stronger Head Office network and develop key relationships across the Bunnings business.Ensure alignment between marketing and the Bunnings trading calendar.Provide comprehensive Bunnings metrics reporting, covering sales-out performance, KPIs, VIS, DIFOT, and inventory management.Steer overall performance, including revenue, gross profit and implement corrective actions as needed.Skills & Experience Proven background in sales and a great understanding of store operations.Experience in the hardware sector is a prerequisite.Proven track record with wins on the board.Build strong, long-lasting relationships and proactively addresses challenges to maintain trust.Delivers clear, actionable insights from complex data, offering practical recommendations based on thorough assessments.Proficient in using CRM systems for maintaining & cultivating client relationships.Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.Application Process
