Commencing in January 2025, the National Account Manager, Distributor Partner Manager's (Food Services) main priority is developing annual business plans, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of Distribution Partners.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTYou will coordinate meetings with Distributors to explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and initiatives, Ensuring Distributors fully understand and execute RB merchandising standards. Additionally, You will establish a set communication schedule to discuss upcoming and ongoing Key Account Programs.DEVELOP & EXECUTE BUSINESS PLANYou will develop the annual business plans with the Distributor in regards to organisation requirements, distribution, volume, execution, investments, and other KPIs. You will engage and influence all levels of the distributors business to gain buy in to business plan.BUSINESS INTELLIGENCEYou will develop knowledge of key account systems and how they relate to DP's, proactively uses Out-of-Stock analysis to ensure proper merchandising is in place and hold DPs accountable for data submission into RB systems to ensure accurate and timely information.DISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE & ACCOUNTABILITY EXPERTYou will have thorough working knowledge of distributors internal systems and structure as well as working knowledge of routing procedures and able to suggest better route to market and/or manpower needs based on distribution and account frequency.Miscellaneous ResponsibilitiesYou will share and enforce guidelines with regards to RB's inventory policy, provide on-going feedback relative to DP performance against objectives and KPIs, develop working knowledge of geographic and demographic areas in assigned geography as well as communicate regularly and work effectively with all BU sales team (Off & On Premise Key Accounts) and marketing team to secure full alignment of the Business goals with the DP.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:- 7+ years FMCG sales experience, including some experience within Food Services- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen- Highly numerate and analytical- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability- Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, ExcelYou warrant that:You have read and understand the Privacy Statement and the Red Bull Australia Privacy Policy.You are qualified to work in Australia and understand that Red Bull Australia may require you to provide evidence of this to comply with its obligations under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).All the information you have submitted to Red Bull Australia Pty Ltd (including via this application and any attachments) is true, accurate and complete.
