In this dynamic, fast-paced role you will have ownership of the development of business plans, P&L management, joint business planning, range and category reviews, and will collaborate with the wider team on developing robust category strategies to drive growth.
Your Actions & Influence in our Team As our National Account Manager your responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets.Planning and managing the execution of promotional, trade, and new launch plans.Negotiating joint business plans to optimise trade spend and maximise sales.Analysing and reporting on sales performance and promotional effectiveness.Monitoring and reporting on industry, market, and competitor activity.Full P&L management and responsibility.Budget and forecasting management and responsibility.Account administration, including management of vendor claims and rebates.Building strong relationships with all stakeholders – both internal and external.Travelling interstate regularly for face-to-face meetings, where practicable.Your Talents & Personal Brand You are a self-starter, with a track record of success managing accounts within FMCG.Your commercial acumen and strategic mindset set you apart from others.You're a brilliant communicator and can negotiate with strategic customers to deliver positive business outcomes.Minimum 1 year of FMCG or Liquor experience in a similar role.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and sales data analysis.Applications (resume and covering letter) should be forwarded to:
