Not phased by complexity, you will have a track record of providing best in class customer relationship stewardship, growing your accounts to deliver mutual benefit. You will build and refine operating procedures to enable scalability, with a "can do" mindset that enables the achievement of business KPIs. You will have a proven record of success and an ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to solve problems, deliver results and create value will enhance the program's success and optimise the veterinary customer experience.The National Account Manager for our Veterinary Referral Program will manage relationships, grow the business and drive program success.Account ManagementDevelop and maintain positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders (veterinary practices, program partners, service providers).Act as the primary point of contact for vet practices and program partners, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.Oversee veterinary dashboard reporting and rebate payments, conducting regular reviews with key accounts to monitor performance, derive insights and provide support to enable improvements.Ensure all accounts are in compliance with company policies, contracts and industry regulations.Program Development & ExecutionOversee the implementation and management of the veterinary referral program, enhancing the value proposition for veterinary practices and pet parents.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, executive) to ensure program alignment with customer needs and business goals.Ensure program objectives are met, reporting is completed to a high standard, and deliverables are on time and within budget.Client Education & SupportEducate veterinary professionals on program offerings, products and benefits.Provide ongoing support, training and troubleshooting to all accounts.Foster long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and prospecting new accounts.Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise account penetration and grow program reach.Foster program partnerships to overcome barriers and maximise mutual success through best in class program execution and CX.Strategic Planning & Market InsightsDevelop long-term account strategies that align with company objectives, program partner goals and market trends.Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and feedback to internal teams to support program development and marketing strategies.Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies and the dynamics of the veterinary industry.Budget ManagementManage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering value to clients and maintaining high quality service.The following should describe you:Minimum 5 years in senior sales, key account or customer rolesAbility to execute against defined objectives both strategically and tacticallyCustomer centric mindset with strong CX skills and experienceExcellent attention to detail and experience with data and analyticsComfort with an ambiguous, constantly evolving role, with a "no task too big or too small" mentalityPassionate about the veterinary industry (and pets)!
