We have strong, long-term relationships with our network so your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders will be extremely important for this role.Your key responsibilities will include:Working collaboratively with the Brand & Category team, Brands owner and Sales Operation, ensuring that the calibre of range review presentations and other engagements are at a high level of quality and in line with our internal needs and those of our customersManaging the on-going relationship with the Coles Buying team and supporting teams.Delivering against the key elements of the Budget including gross sales, market share objectives, gross margin and net sales delivery.Participating in the S&OP process and in particular ensure forecasting of customer requirements occurs regularly, promotions are planned out in a timely manner and communicated through the demand team.Ownership of the forecast ensuring strong DIFOT whilst managing excess inventory.Executing a number of new SKU launches and increase overall brand exposure within independent accounts including new line and seasonal presentations.Creating an analysis of the category, covering MNA's performance, our competitors, and any trends within the category both domestic and overseas.To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess:Tertiary level education in Marketing or Business preferred but not essentialDetailed FMCG experience in a similar or Account Manager role, managing independent grocery accountsEffectively manage and build internal and external relationshipsAbility to successfully negotiate and influence with a track record of successAbility to manage competing prioritiesEffective time management and organisation skillsMotivated self-starter who can drive their own business outcomes and use their initiative to set their own goals and targetsStrong communication skillsThe Perks – We Can Offer:Flexibility and hybrid working arrangements, WFH and our vibrant Mulgrave office (3 days in office, 2 WFH)A collaborative, inclusive and engaging culture with a genuine commitment to our peopleWellbeing days to put yourself first and rechargeReward & Recognition program to acknowledge the hard-work and dedication of our teamsBi-monthly Townhalls to bring our teams together and drive engagementAccess to Benestar – a complimentary counselling service available 24/7 to our teamsAccess to complimentary annual Vaccination shots and skin checks12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carersAt Monde Nissin Australia, we are gearing up for a big year and exciting times ahead.
