About the role
The Dan Murphy's National Account Manager - Commercial Beer is a high-profile, strategic role with responsibilities both internally and externally. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the business strategy to ensure continuous evolution, meeting the needs of our retailer, consumers, and adapting to the dynamic business environment. This role focuses on delivering profit, revenue, and other performance targets through account management.
What you'll be responsible for
Support customers gain value from the product/service, including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice.
Account Retention and Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions.
Sales and Customer Success Process Improvement: Experiment with new ideas, processes, and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers.
