We currently have an exciting opportunity for National Account Executive to join our Retail Sales team.
Reporting into the National Business Manager, this role will assist with timely and accurate data entry, claims management, systems management and coordination of sale enquiries and activities with relevant internal & external stakeholders/customers.
Note: This role will be an initial 12-month contract. Your responsibilities will include: Support the Sales team with administrative tasks.Assisting Business Managers with the timely execution of the credit claims process.Dispute claims with claim originator as required, and agreed with relevant Business Manager.Work with Business Managers to regularly review past promotions, and make recommendations for future plans to optimise profitability, volume share and relationships with customers.Assist with the timely and accurate data entry of promotional plans, including submission of paperwork to customer and entry of promotional details in Bulla systems (Blueshift).Manage & maintain the National promotional clash calendar and provide accurate and relevant guidance & analysis on performance (Aztec/IRI).Liaise with demand and finance team to ensure sufficient volume of stock is available for forward planned promotions.Work with relevant internal & external stakeholders to manage orders & MLOR requests as required.Coordinate, consolidate and complete NPD information/forms for retailers and wholesalers.Continuously improve own capabilities through demonstrated commitment to personal development.Assist in key communication such as pricing changes.Perform other duties as required or directed.SAP entry around pricing.You will have: Knowledge of administrative systems and tasks.Understanding of claims, and basic administrative tasks.Exposure or experience within the FMCG industry beneficial.Good time management and organisational skills.Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.Excellent communication skills, results focus and team orientation.Flexibility to handle a range of tasks with changing priorities.A strong sense of ethics and personal integrity.Commitment to, and capacity for personal development.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively relate with customers and internal stakeholders.Able to work autonomously or as a member of a team.Able to comply with set procedures and processes.What we can offer you: A hybrid working model as standard, encompassing both flexible work from home arrangements and access to our Melbourne and regional sites.A great cultural environment in a proud, Australian family-owned business.A variety of benefits including a Short-Term Incentive Program, corporate clothing allowance, delicious take-home product and free on-site parking at all our sites.If this sounds like you, please apply now to join the Bulla family.
