This is an exciting opportunity for a National Account Executive - Grocery Channel to join our busy sales team supporting the National Business Manager who manages customers across Grocery.
The role will have great exposure to all facets of the business with the successful candidate required to develop strong working relationships between numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: Provide advanced administrative/operational support to Grocery team through but not limited to:Support NBM in day to day running of the businesses, expanding to NAM support where required.Running and distributing required daily/weekly/monthly reports.Document Control officer: managing upkeep of documents to ensure compliance and concise communication across Grocery Team.Responsible for maintaining shared P Drive site & communication boards.Assisting in sessions as required (including the capturing of notes/minutes etc.
sessions as required).Developing and maintaining the sites management and meeting cycle and system data backup as required.Data entry & data integrity – customer-based systems i.e., Promo Portals review and upkeep, Promotional Submission forms population & submission, New Line form populating, Pricing proposal forms.Putting in place process improvement practices where required.Lead role in organizing and implementing EXPOs and Trade show presence & attendance in support to these events, where required.Liaise with art desk and Marketing Team to secure catalogue / flier / TIO artwork for Trade presenters, QTR Focus Fliers, catalogue artwork etc.Supply Chain management supporting VRP & logistics team ensuring DIFOT of +98%Assist with claim management follow up.Assist in new product launch communication tools including store/customer office support, sample mail out coordination, required paperwork, POS communication.Participate in team major projects across all customers relating to all brands.Key contact for customer requests and regular communication and follow up to these requests.Leadership and management of Seasonal order process with review of forecast vs actuals.Attending Customer Meetings in support of NBM where required.About you: Minimum of 1 year's experience within a similar role.Interested in pursuing a career in the FMCG industry.High attention to detail, rigor and process with accuracy.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to quickly build strong internal and external networks.Darrell Lea is a dynamic business that values Respect, Honesty, Accountability and Teamwork.
