About the Role As a crucial member of our Lindt Sales team, you'll collaborate with the E-commerce Manager, spearheading initiatives that spread the wonders of Lindt far and wide. Picture yourself blazing a trail in the fast-paced realm of E-commerce, where each day presents new challenges and endless opportunities to fuel your career growth.
Responsibilities You'll be the mastermind behind Lindt's E-Commerce strategy, shaping it to conquer new frontiers, executing it with precision, and watching its progress. Lead the charge in negotiating with e-retailers and forging strategic alliances that will propel Lindt to even greater heights. Perform content briefing to Marketing and KPI measurement of content effectiveness on digital shelf (traffic & conversion). Become our local e-commerce expert, navigating the unique challenges of each market. With your adaptability and deep understanding, you'll tailor Lindt's e-commerce strategy to conquer local frontiers. Analyse product portfolio to identify new growth opportunities. Track, analyse and optimize across marketing channels ongoing "always on" performance of each OCR pillar. Manage external agencies (where required) and be the link between the agency and the eShop Managers/KAMs that brings our vision to life! What you will bring Have a keen interest in digital, business and/or ecommerce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft – Excel, Word and Outlook. High attention to detail, dependable, flexibility and the ability to work within a supportive Sales team. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment. Strong time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising). Strong communication skills - being clear, concise and constructive.
