The Role We are seeking a National Account Administrator to assist the National Account Manager and Team with all related contractual responsibilities and obligations, ensuring that all tasks are fulfilled in the most efficient and effective manner to meet client KPI's, such as completing maintenance activities and remedial tasks within the agreed timeframe.
As a national team member you will work with each Airmaster Branch to ensure they are well placed to meet these service delivery guidelines, as well as general business functions such as timely invoicing. The provision of regular reporting to each branch and the national team across all these activities helps drive these outcomes.
Professional and confident phone mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn understanding of asset management and maintenance schedulingKnowledge of HVAC and building services industry terminology preferredSome knowledge around accounts payable/receivable.Proficient data entry and computer skills.Advanced level skills in MS Office Suite of productsHigh level of organisation and the ability to multitaskHigh attention to detail and time management skillsAn ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.Ability to build strong working relationships with our client and national team membersFlexibility, reliability and be well presentedWilling to undergo a national police background check and working with vulnerable people clearanceStrong commitment to safe work practices is essentialSuccessful applicants will be highly driven team players, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ideally with some concept of asset management and trade terminology.
