The Role We are seeking a National Account Administrator to assist the National Account Manager and Team with all related contractual responsibilities and obligations, ensuring that all tasks are fulfilled in the most efficient and effective manner to meet client KPIs, such as completing maintenance activities and remedial tasks within the agreed timeframe.
As a national team member, you will work with each Airmaster Branch to ensure they are well placed to meet these service delivery guidelines, as well as general business functions such as timely invoicing.
The provision of regular reporting to each branch and the national team across all these activities helps drive these outcomes.
Professional and confident phone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills An understanding of asset management and maintenance scheduling Knowledge of HVAC and building services industry terminology preferred Some knowledge around accounts payable/receivable Proficient data entry and computer skills Advanced level skills in MS Office Suite of products High level of organisation and the ability to multitask High attention to detail and time management skills An ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently Ability to build strong working relationships with our clients and national team members Flexibility, reliability, and being well presented Willing to undergo a national police background check and working with vulnerable people clearance Strong commitment to safe work practices is essential Successful applicants will be highly driven team players, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ideally with some concept of asset management and trade terminology.
