Nanny wanted 3 Hours per day/2-3 days per weekWe are a loving family of four which consists of my two gorgeous boys (2.5 and 8 months old), my husband and myself. I am a stay at home mum and my husband works fulltime and is required to travel interstate every month for up to 10 weeks at a time. We love to spend time together, make amazing memories and laugh along the way. My toddler is a gentle, loving little boy and my little baby is very determined, cheeky and never fails to have a smile on his face. Due to the fact my partner works away I am looking for an extra pair of hands to help assist me with day to day child minding. I am a very loving, caring mum and want my boys to feel happy and comfortable!
Your DutiesI am looking for a caregiver to help look after the children whilst I pop out to do a food shop or head to an appointment when my partner is away as we do not have much family or support around us. It would be lovely to have them take my toddler to the park or field to play, and eventually once the relationship has developed you could go to Rhyme time at the local library, Mini Bounce or Messy Nature play.If the caregiver was here in the morning (8am-11am) it would be to play and look after.If the caregiver was here in the afternoon (11am-2pm) it would be to play with the baby whilst my toddler sleeps (11-1) then feed lunch that I or you would prepare.If the caregiver was here in the late afternoon to evening (2pm-5pm or 3pm-6pm) it would be to help with looking after the kids whilst I prepare dinner, bath etc.This is a rough idea and would be an adjustment for me given i have never had a nanny before, but we could work something out that is best for both of us :)!
Our Perfect CaregiverOur ideal caregiver would be someone who is passionate about children and has a gentle approach to care. Allowing our boys to explore the world and be encouraged with love, positivity and support. Having a creative side with games and activities would be amazing as well as patience due to the fact my toddler has developmental delays and requires some additional patience and support, he is none verbal but can communicate through sign and gestures. The care would be mainly for my Toddler but on occasion my baby when I need to pop out to do a grocery shop, appointment or something else. Care would be required during their nap time, where i would love for someone to help with tidying the toys, planning activities or just being in the home whilst i am not here.
