About the role:
Working with a highly-experienced
Partner
who will invest and provide
mentorship .
Be involved on a range of Corporate matters, such as
mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate advisory and equity & debt capital markets .
Draft & review contracts and due diligence reports.
The ideal candidate:
A mid-senior lawyer with at least
2+ years' experience
coming from a mid-top tier law firm.
A
law degree
from an accredited Australian or New Zealand University, underpinned by strong academic records.
Excellent communication & analytical skills.
Commercially astute and confident in front of clients.
A team player who is also capable of working autonomously.
