Nail Technician:Deliver exceptional, professional customer service at all times.Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients' preferences.Apply artificial nails.Recommend various nail designs and nail art to clients.Evaluate the condition of clients' nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.Sanitize all nail instruments and equipment before each use.Ensure that workstations are kept clean and orderly.Ensure that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked.Show enthusiasm for our customer journey with personalized recommendations.Support our client base with re-bookings.Function well in a team environment.Assist with end of day cleaning of treatment rooms and salon.2. Retail Supervisor:Ensure standards and procedures for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.Manage staff, organize working plans, time schedules, and KPIs for everyone, specifying and assigning duties on a daily basis.Be responsible for coaching, counselling, recruiting, training, and disciplining nail technicians.Identify the current and future situations of our nail beauty market and instruct staff on standard and variable service procedures.Manage stock levels, restore items, and order new goods to ensure inventory balance.Maintain the services procedure to ensure it meets the OH&S requirements from local laws and rules.Handle complaints and issues and inquiries from customers regarding quality and specifications of our services.Essential Skills and Experience:Nail Technician: Certificate III in Nail Therapy with minimum 1 year part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) experience in manicure and pedicure or alternatively at least 2 years full-time experience.Retail Supervisor: Certificate III or IV in management with minimum 2 years full-time experience.Team management experience in beauty services.Have a passion for all things about ingredients, treatments, and products.Strong retail skills – ability to hit KPI's.Self-motivated team player with a great attitude to work and life.Be passionate about the industry and the services we provide.Nail art skills are required, and we would need samples of your work.Benefits:Full-time permanent contract.Base salary from $55,000 - $65,000 plus super for suitable candidates.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearAdditional Benefits:Visa sponsorship.Schedule:Fixed shift.Supplementary Pay:Tips.Experience:Nail care: 2 years (Preferred).Work Location: In person.
