Minh Nhan Pty Ltd trading as Nail Paradise, located at Casuarina Square in Darwin, Northern Territory, is hiring an experienced Nail Technician to join our team immediately.

What You Will Do:  Deliver exceptional, professional customer service at all times Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients' preferences.
Applying artificial nails.
Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
Evaluating the condition of clients' nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.
Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly.
Ensuring that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked.
Show enthusiasm for our customer journey with personalised recommendations Support our client base with re-bookings Function well in a team environment Assist with end of day cleaning of treatment rooms and salon.
What We're Looking For: Certificate III in Nail Therapy with minimum 1 year part time (minimum 20 hours per week) experience in manicure and pedicure or alternatively at least 2 years full time experience Have a passion for all things about ingredients, treatments and products Strong retail skills – ability to hit KPI'S Self-motivated team player with a great attitude to work and life.
Be passionate about the industry and the services we provide Nail art skills are required, and we would need samples of your work What We Offer: Full-time permanent contract Base salary from $55,000 - $65,000 plus super for suitable candidate
