Due to continued project growth, and to support our NACP Projects team in Darwin, we are expanding our team of experienced construction professionals and are now looking to appoint a suitably qualified Estate Works Site Manager with experience in:
Managing commercial construction projects across various sectors Leading a team of construction and safety professionals Facilities and infrastructure constructions and maintenance projects aimed at restoring or sustaining capability Manage safety and compliance requirements on the Defence estate Overseeing quality, safety and environmental processes Scheduling and co-ordination of construction works Ensuring delivery of project milestones in accordance with deadlines and budget Application of building methodologies, WHS legislation, standards and guidelines, and Building Code requirements Defence project experience in the EWP preferred To be our next successful Site Manager you'll be a highly motivated and adaptable individual who builds effective and lasting relationships and shares our unwavering commitment to corporate social responsibility within the construction sector. With a relevant trade and construction background and proven leadership experience, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in a similar position within the Australian construction industry, preferably across aviation and/or defence industry projects.
