Due to our current growth, we are seeking Electrical & Civil Site Engineers to join our team travel across Australia on multiple projects.
You will be delivering E & I and civil engineering activities for various oil, gas, and renewable energy projects across Australia. Reporting to Project Managers, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of projects while maintaining safety, quality, and relationships.
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following: Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs, and specifications. Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports. Interpret designs for implementation in large scale construction projects. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supervisory teams to ensure alignment of work schedules. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for best practices. What do you bring? In addition to the above, we require an individual with:
Minimum 3 years + experience within Electrical & Instrumentation within oil and gas facilities and civil construction in bulk earthworks. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering – Electrical and Computer Science and/or Civil Construction. Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, knowledge of instrument and electrical assets and controls. Civil Engineer: knowledge of construction methodologies, interpret engineering drawings. Proven experience working with Tier 1 & 2 Civil Infrastructure projects. Willingness to work on a fly-in/fly-out basis with an industry-standard work cycle on a FIFO 10:4 or 21:7 roster. Ability to work well with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
