About the role In this Consultant, Performance Coach role you will:
Deliver local on the ground upskilling, onboarding and support of new lenders to exceed performance objectives through targeted upskilling. Provide on-demand coaching support to new to bank and experienced lenders who require support with achieving lending objectives. What you'll be responsible for Analyze clients' business data and develop recommendations for improving their overall performance. Work with clients to develop and implement new business models, processes, and organizational structures. Develop project plans, track progress against milestones, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions. Critical thinking: Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight. #J-18808-Ljbffr
