In this Senior Associate Stress Testing role, you will: Collaborate with the team in preparing and running credit risk stress tests using NAB's Stress Testing Engine. Support the team in analysing, assessing, delivering key business insights, and reporting on stress test results. Be involved in the testing of strategic changes to the credit risk stress testing approach and methodology. Support the preparation and reconciliation of data extract used for credit risk stress testing as well as the maintenance of the R-based Stress Testing Engine. What you will bring: Track record of work experience in a financial organisation, preferably in a modelling/analytical or data capacity role. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand credit models highly regarded. Understanding of regulatory standards and credit risk management is preferred. Background in a relevant discipline, including commerce, mathematics, economics, programming, or engineering is preferred (R and SQL programming skills desirable). Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to influence and make decisions in a complex and changing environment. A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
