Opening at: Dec 3 2024 at 06:00 AEDT Closing at: Dec 19 2024 at 23:55 AEDT In this Consultant, Performance Coach role you will: Deliver local on the ground upskilling, onboarding and support of new lenders to exceed performance objectives through targeted upskilling. Provide on demand coaching support to new to bank and experienced lenders who require support with achieving lending objectives and goals. Identify technical capability and competency gaps across the lending team and proactively lean in to develop and provide support in partnership with the local region manager. Identify continuous improvement opportunities for procedures and support with identifying solutions. Help drive alignment to operating policies and procedures. What you'll bring: Significant experience in lending, banking sales or credit assessment and a sound knowledge of banking regulations, practices and procedures. Proven coaching skills developed within a fast-paced banking team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders to meet objectives and goals. Ability to lead/facilitate group discussions and identify business opportunities. Exceptional coaching skills with a track record of building skills in others.
