Banking - Business (Banking & Financial Services) Full time In this Business Banking Manager role, you will: Assess economic value and risk potential of new business. Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth. Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities. Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in your local market. Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans. Prepare and submit customer lending proposals. What you'll bring: A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long-lasting relationships. A genuine passion for customer service. A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners, and overall value chain by modelling NAB's values and behaviours. Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
