Job Opportunity: N&I Contract Administration Officer
DFP Perth are seeking an experienced N&I Contract Administration Officer to engage on a temporary contract with a State Government agency based in Perth's CBD.
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Perth CBD
Pay Rate: $45.18 per hour (Including casual loading) + Superannuation
Job Description: Provides support in the administration of contracts, which directly relate to the rail network and facilities; and provides effective and efficient administration support to the Contracts team.
Key Responsibilities: Support the administration of contracts related to the Division's rail network and facilities.Contribute to the Branch's operational performance and contract administration.Participate in enhancing safety culture and ensuring compliance and legislative requirements.Assist in project delivery, including risk management and performance reporting.Aid in the preparation and administration of contract documentation.Reconcile accounts, process payments, and resolve discrepancies.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors regarding contract and finance matters.Selection Criteria: Understanding of financial transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation.Experience in administration within finance, contracts, or procurement.Strong customer service principles.Good verbal and written communication.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in teams.Sound analytical and conceptual skills.Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.Proficiency in PC use, including spreadsheet tasks.Self-awareness, insight, and commitment to safety leadership and personal development.Current National Police Clearance certificate (dated within 3 months of application).
