Job Description SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Casual Customer Experience Agent to join the team at Brisbane Airport .
Are you a talent in customer service and sales? At SIXT, you can fully showcase your strengths. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of tasks in the branch. Everything you need to know about our vehicles, you'll learn with us.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer Advising our national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service Be our expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advise our customers on all protection items and extras Manage our premium vehicle fleet whilst selling additional services that cover the whole topic of car rental Assist with driving and valeting cars when required Maintaining a clean and safe working area Qualifications Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential) Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence Full working rights in Australia All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
