Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Nursing Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting independence.
Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including notes, assessments, and care plans.Observe, report, and document all changes in resident needs and requirements.Provide consistently high-quality care to all residents.Support independence by providing appropriate assistance with personal care in accordance with care plans.Act to protect the rights of residents, including confidentiality, privacy, individual choice, and decision-making.Provide emotional support to residents.Build and maintain effective relationships.Evaluate and improve care standards.Requirements:Degree in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.Minimum two years of on-the-job experience.Current driver's license and own transportation.Annual flu vaccination and COVID-19 immunization.NDIS worker screening clearance.Policeman certificate with no disclosures.
