Lifeline Darling Downs (LDDSWQL) has been serving the community of Toowoomba, and the wider South Western Queensland area for over 40 years.About the RoleTo provide individual and group treatments to people with, or at risk of experiencing low to moderate level mental health issues.
This evidence-based program has been developed specifically for people with mild mental to moderate mental illness who might not be able to seek the traditional services provided through existing primary mental health care intervention pathways.22.8 hours per week - flexible working hours.Safe Connections program is delivered in a high quality, professional and ethical manner.Accept and undertake intake process to assess client suitability for individual or group program.Identify client goals and plan to achieve progress using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy model.Undertake targeted weekly sessions comprising individual, group or a combination of both.Provide a range of information and support for evidence-based low intensity interventions.Meet key performance indicators for caseload numbers, sessions delivered, waiting times and accessibility of services.Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and client case plans and case notes.Develop and maintain partnerships with external service providers so that wrap around services and referral pathways are delivered and available to clients.About YouCompletion of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy training or an agreement to undertake and complete this training within 3 months of commencing in the position.Understanding of local health and community providers and potential referral pathways.Knowledge and awareness of mental health issues as how they can impact an individual and those around them.Working with Children card.Current "C" class driver's licence.Apply Now!
