About the Role As a Muzz Buzz Team Member, you'll be the face of our iconic brand, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience. In this drive-through-only environment, speed, quality, and exceptional service are key.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll:
Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to Muzz Buzz standards.Serve pre-prepared food items efficiently and safely to customers.Take orders and make customers feel welcome with a positive and friendly attitude.Operate within a drive-through-only service model, ensuring fast, high-quality experiences.Keep the store clean and hygienic, adhering to food safety standards.Open and close the store, including handling basic operational tasks.Work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are:
Customer-oriented, with a passion for creating positive experiences.Cool, calm, and collected, even during busy peak periods.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Adaptable and reliable, with a willingness to learn.Experience as a barista is not required but ideal. Full training is provided for all team members!Availability This role offers:
A rotating roster of up to 25 hours per week.Shifts ranging from 3–9 hours, scheduled between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays.What's in it for You?
