The Opportunity We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Music Teacher to join our vibrant school community.
The ideal candidate will design and implement a music curriculum aligned with the Kodály method and First Steps in Music, emphasising sequential and child-centered learning appropriate for primary-level students.
The position is part time (0.6) fixed term for the 2025 academic school year, commencing 28 January 2025.

Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative learning environment.
Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons that promote creativity, curiosity, and engagement through musical experiences.
Provide opportunities for students to observe, question, and explore music in an inclusive and supportive setting.
Establish clear learning objectives for each lesson and communicate them effectively to students.
About You You have a passion for music education and a strong understanding of Kodály and First Steps methodologies.
With proven ability to connect with students and inspire a love for learning through music, your excellent interpersonal skills are evident upon meeting you.
