$110K - $119K base (+ 17% Super and leave loading)Employment Type: Full-time (35 hours a week)Duration: 2-Year Fixed TermRemuneration: $110K - $119K base (+ 17% Superannuation and leave loading)Visa: Full Australian working rights for the duration of the contract will be requiredWhy this role mattersThe Museum Team Leader plays a key role within UNSW Medicine & Health. The role will supervise the Museum team and manage/deliver educational programs for visitors to the Museum of Human Disease with an emphasis on human pathology, health, and disease prevention. Visitors to the Museum include high school students, UNSW staff & students, and public visitors. The role will have some direct reports.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the Museum team and deliver educational programs.Manage and innovate educational programs, focusing on student outreach and science communication.Contribute to planning and priority setting in a variable workflow environment.Engage a diverse audience through advanced communication skills.Minimum Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.Demonstrated experience in successfully supervising a team with proven ability to motivate and create a positive workplace culture.Operational management skills with proven ability to handle competing demands.Highly advanced interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.UNSW Benefits and Culture17% Superannuation and leave loadingAdditional 3 days of leave over the Christmas PeriodAccess to lifelong learning and career developmentProgressive HR practicesHow to applyPlease click on Apply now to apply online.
