THE ROLE In this role, you will drive Muscle Nation's creative marketing strategy across all channels, leveraging cultural insights and data-driven decisions to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our community. You'll bridge the gap between analytical and creative teams, transforming market insights into actionable creative briefs that maintain our brand's innovative edge in the fitness industry.
As our Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that enhance both our organic and paid media presence, while ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. You'll work closely with our marketing team and creative team to produce content that drives engagement and conversion across all platforms.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute creative strategies across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and opportunities across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) that can be leveraged for brand growth Analyse competitor activities and industry trends to inform creative direction and maintain our competitive edge Write comprehensive creative briefs for both internal teams and external partners, clearly communicating campaign objectives, content requirements, and brand guidelines Direct and oversee the production of high-quality content, working closely with video editors to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign objectives Work with Head of Paid Media to analyse creative performance data to optimize future campaigns and content strategies Balance creative quality and quantity, ensuring a steady pipeline of diverse content while maintaining high standards Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align creative strategy with business goals and promotional calendars Stay current with emerging creative tools, social media trends, and platform-specific best practices QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably within the fitness, fashion, or eCommerce industry Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns across multiple channels Strong proficiency with creative tools including Figma, and various video and static editing platforms Experience with project management tools like Asana Deep understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative direction Experience in managing and directing creative teams Excellent communication and presentation skills Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative direction KEY SKILLS Strong understanding of modern digital marketing strategies Exceptional creative direction and storytelling abilities Data analysis and performance optimization Project management and team leadership Cultural awareness and trend spotting Strategic thinking and problem-solving Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives Strong communication and stakeholder management WHY YOU WILL LOVE MUSCLE NATION At Muscle Nation, you'll become part of an energetic and passionate team who are motivated by growth, innovation, and success.
