This hybrid 3 day a week role is more than administrative; it's vital to our groundbreaking program that supports youth and their families. With a base salary of $66 K (pro rata) plus super and attractive salary packaging. We're looking for a passionate individual to join our Multisystemic Therapy team. What You'll Do: Data Management: Collect and enter client data accurately. Reporting: Prepare clear and impactful reports and presentations. Support: Provide essential administrative support to keep the team running smoothly. Client Interaction: Engage with clients professionally and compassionately. Confidentiality: Uphold high standards of confidentiality and integrity. What You'll Need: Experience in administration or a relevant qualification (Cert IV/Diploma in Business Admin or higher). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with client databases (advantageous). Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and driver's license.
