The Services Support Coordinator is responsible for managing leads, developing participant pipelines for MS Queensland's Independent Living locations, and providing information to the Service Impact team. They assist customers in navigating the NDIS housing pathway, support team performance improvement, foster a collaborative environment, ensure smooth operations, and provide coverage during absences for efficient service delivery. This role is full time permanent and is based at Milton.
Reporting to the Services Support Manager, you will:
Coordinate and respond to inquiries from potential customers through various channels. Collaborate closely with our present Services Support Coordinator. Guide candidates and families in the NDIS housing pathway. Conduct intake assessments, identify needs, manage risks, meet deadlines, collaborate for positive outcomes. Provide tenancy matching based on preferences. Gather information for presentations, handle administrative tasks, prepare documentation like service agreements. Collaborate on funding agreements/compliance activities. Maintain accurate records, track referrals/expenditure/payment requests. Resolve claim discrepancies promptly, provide system support if needed. Generate reports to improve claims management processes. Support client funding claims processing teams for compliance with regulations. Working 3 days a week from our brand-new purpose-built workspace nestled at Milton's Park Road, and accessible by multiple public transport options, join a respectful, transparent, and collaborative team at MS Queensland where values are at the core.
About you:
2 years of previous administration experience with SDA intake teams Knowledge of NDIS framework Experience working with individuals with disabilities Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to handle sensitive customer information Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationships Customer service focus and attention to detail Resourceful team player with a positive attitude Can work independently or in multidisciplinary teams Empathy for individuals living with MS and neuro conditions Initiative-driven to enhance business performance Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office suite Hold QLD Driver's License & NDWS Clearance to Work from NDIS Worker Screening Unit & Blue Card when working with MS Queensland Completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module required before starting the role MS Queensland has over 65 years of experience in providing holistic neuro services, empowering better lives, and new possibilities.
