Resource Developmentteam is expanding: MinRes is the world's largest owners of hard rock lithium deposits. We continue to strengthen our lithium positionwith a vast pipeline of high-quality lithium development projects and exploration targets.
To support our substantial growth across lithium operations we are looking to expand and increase our capabilities for our Resource Development team.

Excellent remuneration plus site allowances and attractive bonus Leadership training and coaching provided before being mobilised to site What You'll Bring To The Team Tertiary level education in Geology 5+ years' experience in the mining and exploration industry Experience in exploration drill rigs across RC or Diamond Skilled user of Micromine, Arc GIS, AcQuire or similar Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently Well-developed communication skills– both oral and written Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Meet deadlines and manage priorities to meet deadlines High attention to detail Valid C-class manual driver's licence Desirable: Experience with Gold and or other base metalcommodities Skilled in 3D modelling Understanding of resource estimation workflow And then there's the extra benefits We look after our people because they're the ones looking after our business.That means a range of additional benefits for choosing MinRes, including:
