We are seeking experienced project planning professionals for key roles in high-profile projects. We have openings for both Lead/Principal Planners in the mining sector and Senior Planners in the oil and gas sector.
Lead/Principal Planner – Mining Sector (EPCM)About the Role:
As a Lead/Principal Planner, you will be pivotal in managing and advancing the planning efforts for a major, high-profile mining project with a leading EPCM firm. This role involves creating, maintaining, and optimising detailed project schedules, managing changes, and ensuring alignment with client, company, and regulatory requirements. Overseas site travel to support project teams and monitor progress will be required.
Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules.Address changes and challenges to keep projects on track.Provide strategic scheduling support and high-level data to project teams.Analyse scope changes and schedule trends, recommending mitigation strategies.Communicate critical issues and align on goals with project managers and clients.Maintain high standards of planning procedures and systems.Key Criteria:
Extensive experience as a Lead Planner in EPCM settings, preferably with wet processing plant experience.Proficiency in Primavera and ability to interpret design deliverables.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Willingness to travel to project sites.
Senior Planner – Oil & Gas SectorAbout the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Planner for an onshore oil and gas project. This role requires extensive experience in project planning and scheduling within the oil and gas sector. Based in Perth, you will manage project schedules, address changes, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules for onshore oil and gas projects.Proactively address scheduling changes and project challenges.Provide strategic support and high-level scheduling data to project teams.Analyse scope changes and recommend strategies to mitigate delays.Communicate critical issues and maintain planning standards.Key Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.PMP certification is desirable.Extensive experience in project planning and scheduling for oil & gas projects.Competence in Primavera, SAP, MS Office applications, and Power BI.Site experience in onshore oil & gas projects with understanding of execution sequences and benchmarks.About Us:
