About the Role
Escape the hustle and bustle and embrace life on the land!
We have multiple opportunities available, including Assistant Farm Managers and Farm Managers.
You'll lead a dedicated team to ensure our birds are healthy, happy, and thriving, overseeing daily farm operations—from day-old chicks to 16-week-olds—and ensuring everything runs smoothly across the sheds and beyond.
We're not just looking for someone with prior farm management experience – we're open to candidates who are currently in a leading hand role or feel they have the right skills to step up into this type of role.

From caring for the birds to maintaining our sheds, you'll be on the ground making things happen while leading a small team to success.

What You'll Do Ensure the health and well-being of our birds. Manage shed cleaning, vaccinations, and general care. Lead and mentor a close-knit team, including a 2IC and crew members. Oversee manure operations and use farm equipment. Keep the packing facility running efficiently. Foster a safe, positive work environment. About You
Do you love rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into farm work?
This isn't a desk job – we're looking for someone who thrives on hands-on action and can lead a team with energy and passion.
Whether you've been a Farm Manager before, are currently in a leading hand role, or feel you have the necessary skills to step up into a management position, we want someone who can bring a practical, "let's get this done" attitude to the farm.
Previous experience in poultry is great but not essential – what matters most is your leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and mechanical know-how.

What You'll Need Experience in poultry or animal welfare is desirable. A forklift license, or a willingness to get one. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team.
