Administrative Assistants
Executive Assistants
Fundraising Coordinators
Giving Officers
Campaign Coordinators
Program Coordinators

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and manage office operations
Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
Develop and maintain donor relationships
Oversee grant applications and reporting
Manage program logistics and volunteer coordination
Maintain databases and manage donor information

Ideal Experience:
Previous experience in administrative, fundraising, or coordination roles
Familiarity with the not-for-profit sector (a bonus)
Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns (for fundraising roles)
Experience in donor relations and grant writing
Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Systems and Tools:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge)
Familiarity with fundraising software (e.g., DonorPerfect, Fundly)
Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
