Multiple Jobs: Permanent Formwork Panel Installers/Carpenter/RITEK/DINCEL/AFSThe perfect candidate may have permanent formwork (panel) installation experience; however, anyone with a building/carpentry/bricklaying background will easily adapt to this fast-moving industry.
An eye for detail and the ability to read and interpret plans are a must, as well as the ability to independently manage your own projects.
The role of Foreman - Permanent Form Work will manage, direct, and lead the following tasks:
Delivery and set out of panels from survey marksInstall floor trackLifting panels into placeWall straighteningInstallation of horizontal steelCapping and patching panelsInstallation of vertical steelPreparing for core fillingCore filling wallsThis role will also order the above materials as well as plan the level-by-level builds. Reporting and leadership are key to success in this role.
