PERSOLKELLY are currently working on multiple HR roles in Perth's inner suburbs (Burswood / Belmont / Welshpool areas).
We are seeking readily available HR professionals of all levels, HR Admin / Advisors and Business Partner levels for various roles. These positions will initially start off on a temp basis and will range from 2 - 6 months with the potential to become longer term for those with full unrestricted working rights
Location:
Perth's inner suburbs
Hours:
38 hours per week (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Start date:
ASAP
Duration of assignment:
2 - 3 months / Ongoing with potential long term opportunities for candidates with full, unrestricted working rights
Pay Rate:
Dependent on level and experience
The Role Primary experience required across these roles will include:
HR Admin / Advisors: Employee Records Management - maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related information. Process employee data changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations Benefits Administration, assisting employees with benefits enrollment and resolve any benefits-related issues. Coordinate with benefits providers and manage open enrollment processes. Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and eligibility General Administrative Support, assisting in the preparation of HR reports and presentations. Manage HR-related documentation and correspondence. Coordinate HR-related events and activities HR Business Partner roles: Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Support the HR Manager in addressing employee relations issues and conducting investigations when necessary Provide hands-on support, coaching and learning opportunities for operational leaders and teams Support restructures, investigations, FairCall, UFD conciliation matters as required Prepare tender responses Assist with the development of strategy documents and negotiating relevant enterprise agreements aligned with overall BU plan Support the annual total fixed remuneration reviews, anomaly remediation plans and benchmarking salary proposals for the business unit Implementing and driving progressive human resource policies, programs, and best practice processes in the region.
