Allygroup is seeking experienced and passionate lawyers at the Associate/Senior Associate levels to join a high-profile government department. 
Join a dynamic, results-driven environment where you will engage in exciting and diverse work within the department's Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. 
The role is located in Canberra and a baseline security clearance is required.  Some of the key duties include: Managing civil and personal injury claimsManaging compensation claimsDebt recovery actionsManaging class actions, non-litigated claims and commercial mattersThe team also manages involvement in Coronial inquests, Comcare WHS actions, administrative law challenges and judicial review of decisions.
