Some of the key duties include:Managing civil and personal injury claimsManaging compensation claimsDebt recovery actionsManaging class actions, non-litigated claims and commercial mattersThe team also manages involvement in Coronial inquests, Comcare WHS actions, administrative law challenges and judicial review of decisions.
