Multiple Chefs/Cooks Required For Immediate Start

Riverside Café Unit Trust trading as Riverside Café is seeking multiple Experienced Qualified Chefs/Cooks We have a vacancy with a full time, Permanent position for the right candidates who can provide the right skill set and a genuine ongoing commitment to the role.  We are looking at least two experienced trade qualified chefs / Cooks available for an immediate start to join our busy team.  The successful candidate will be reliable, with a hard working attitude have a passion for food, service excellence and efficiency.  SKILLS DESIRED  Previous Experience working as a Chef/Cook.
Skills to Introduce and Create new dishes.
Capable of time management during busy hours.
Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards.
Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment.  Ability to work with other chefs, cooks and kitchen staff respectfully.
Conveying orders and instructions among kitchen staff.  A strong focus on food and service standards, implementing policies and procedures Knowledge of cost control, inventory management and budgeting.  Planning diverse and appealing menus.  Working hour: minimum of 38 hour/week.
Also, must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well.
A positive attitude with strong communication skills Certificate III or Certificate IV (Commercial Cookery) and at least 2 years' experience(desired but not required) A Diploma of Hospitality and at least 2 years' experience (desired but not required) A salary between $70,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidates
