How you will create an impact You will be part of the AIG Multinational Issuing Office team reporting to the Head of APAC Issuing Office, Multinational. The team is responsible for the Australia and New Zealand inbound multinational portfolio.
This position is located in Melbourne and this role is primarily focused on service delivery, with both internal and external engagements, ensuring multinational policies are issued accurately and within the global service level standards. Commercial insurance experience, both in client servicing and product knowledge, is a key requirement.
Key accountabilities will include but are not limited to: Review of completeness and accuracy of instructions based on local regulations and rules Manage communication and engagement with brokers, clients and Multinational network to obtain pre-issuance requirements Handle and coordinate service requirements for local portion of Multinational programs, including Risk Transfer and Global Fronting – for New Business and renewals. Coordinate with the MN Admin team / Shared Services to complete booking and issuance. Manage all aspects of local inbound multinational clients' requests. Meet or exceed client service expectations for assigned inbound requests. Proactively engage with and respond to local client/broker inquiries. Manage internal and external expectations of allocated portfolio. Ensure requested documentation is issued in required time frames. Report on status of accounts to local manager and Producing Office. Ensure administration systems are up to date. Ensure client/broker emails are responded to in a timely fashion. Ensure queries from other AIG departments are dealt with on a timely basis. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2 years of insurance experience, preferably in client servicing (broker or company) Preferably with good understanding of in-country Commercial Insurance Strong administration skills Computer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative/organized Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously Good time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines Ability to clearly articulate ideas Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge/experience to carry out those improvements Client focused with experience of dealing with board level representatives as well as senior colleagues Proven record of being a team player Ready to make a bigger impact?
