What you'll do Collaborate with clients and teams to gather their requirements and expectations for multimedia content Analyze existing multimedia systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization Translate client requirements into specific specifications for multimedia content Develop proposals and business plans for multimedia creative projects Document the functional and technical specifications of multimedia content, along with other relevant documentation Conduct meetings and user interviews to obtain detailed multimedia content requirements Utilize appropriate tools to create and maintain relevant documentation and specifications for multimedia content. Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in computer related field Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Multimedia Specialist or similar role Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant programs Strong understanding of multimedia production processes and technologies Ability to conceptualize and create multimedia content including video, audio, graphics, and animation Experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing user requirements specifically related to multimedia projects Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and written communication skills Second language speaker, Chinese (desired not essential) Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
