The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and detail oriented Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team. An amazing opportunity to join a household brand with a rich history based in Eltham, Victoria.
The Tasks: Execute design projects from concept to completion Maintain and update the brand guidelines to reflect the evolving nature of the organisation Edit and enhance multimedia content using industry-standard software Develop video content that effectively communicates key messages and aligns with organisational goals About You: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field preferred Proven experience in graphic design, branding, media editing, and video development required Proficient in industry-standard design and video editing software Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas Knowledge of current trends in design and multimedia content creation Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads Creative and detail oriented with high level organisational skills Educational and/or allied health background preferred but not essential The Benefits: Work on a household brand with a rich history Make a true impact on the lives of Victorian kids everyday Extensive salary packaging options up to $18,550 tax free per year, increasing your take home pay Work for a brand that knows how important work/ life balance is Be part of team that values its employees in a warm and friendly work environment based in Eltham, Victoria How to Apply: If you think you would be suited to the role we would love to hear from you.
