About the Role
We are growing at Multicap and looking to add talent to our team within the Finance area. You would play a vital role within the team while developing your own skills working alongside recognised peers and mentors. Your role would include:
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the organisation and build appropriate business metrics to support the ongoing financial and business efficiency of Multicap Tasmania. Provide high level consultancy, support and advice to facilitate the design and uptake of business analytical tools to drive organisational performance and efficiencies. Collect and compile business data using a variety of analytical tools to identify problems, opportunities and solutions and present strategic business recommendations to the leadership team and other business stakeholders to assist with decision making. Your skills and experience might include:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology or related field. Proven experience in business analysis or a related field.
