Multi Utility Project Manager

Overall Purpose of the Role: You will be responsible for overseeing Multi Utility contracts within the Yorkshire area ensuring that work is completed within agreed timescales.
This role is an opportunity to work as part of a team bringing streamlined Multi Utility services to developments across the region.
What you will be doing: Responsible for a portfolio of schemes in a designated geographical areaDealing with all aspects of site work from the initial pre-start meeting held by PDM and communicated to the Team Leader to allow multi-utility installation connectionsOrdering of plant and road opening notices & Traffic Management for the schemesManaging direct and subcontract resources on siteTeam Audits and Quality audits to be completed on siteLiaise with water, gas and electric engineering departments to arrange necessary connections / jointing etc.Close out NCRs, incident reports, in a timely manner as requiredPeople management in line with company policies and proceduresWhat we ask from you: Be an experienced Multi Utility Project ManagerBe a good communicator at all levelsAbility to organise and manage the completion of site works from both an HSQE and commercial perspectiveNRSWA StreetworksCSCS CardSkills in the use of MS Outlook, Word, ExcelHold Gas/Water NCO 2 (desirable)Hold Site Management or Site Supervision Safety Certificate (SSSTS)Hold IOSH or similar (desirable)Hold Management qualification (desirable)Hold Full driving licenceWhat we can offer in return: Benefits include cashback plans including eye-care, dental & prescriptions, to name just a few… please click on our benefits brochure to view further detailsGym, fitness and retail discountsDonate a Day – we will gift you an extra day off each year to do something for charity or within the communityMentoring and ongoing guidance, not only to settle you into your role, but throughout your career with AptusWe promote physical and mental health and provide additional support to our employees via our Employer Assistance Program all year roundJob Type: Full time, Permanent Position
