We'd love to hear from you! Job DescriptionAs a Multi-skilled Day and Night Team Member, you will be required to work independently and oversee the hotel operations, including checking guests in and out, and addressing any guest needs that might arise.
It is a varied role - you might have to prepare some drinks, make a pizza, assist the breakfast service, make new reservations, answer the phone, cashiering, oversee security and health and safety, or even do some basic cleaning duties.
Whatever it is you need to do, have fun and always put our guests first to ensure they have an exceptional stay.
QualificationsExperience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environmentA positive attitude and ability to work well within a teamA commitment to delivering high levels of guest serviceFlexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.A smart and professional appearanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge of computer systems and hotel management software.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
